French "Home-Style" Cooking Classes 

Do you want to learn how the French cook and eat everyday? 
We are not talking "haute cuisine" here, but popular family recipes, French classics reviewed and modified to fit our busy lifes, bistro and brasserie dishes so delicious and beautiful that you will easily impress your friends. No complicated recipes, no time-consuming overwhelming techniques, but a simple, healthy, straightforward cuisine.

Through the years as a personal chef, I have developed a full set of recipes I would like to share with you. What about easy, healthy, tasty sauces for white or red meat and seafood (Dijon, orange, shallot, pomegranate, red or white wine); French one-pot dishes for the cold New England winters or savory Provençal light meals for the summer when fresh produces is at its peak at the farmers' markets?

With Everyday Bistro, no need to fly to Paris to enjoy French cuisine. What you need are three or four friends and a real home kitchen (at your home or mine if your prefer). We will prepare the menu for the class together, before our class I will shop for ingredients and will have everything we need for our cooking. French cuisine pork with orange sauce

This is a hands-on class so be ready to work and at the end of the class to share your meals with your friends.

Portions will be calculated generously and you will bring home what you have cooked that day. Dinner will be served!
