How to Cook for Your Health — Fast Track to Healthy Eating

 

•    Are you planning to eat better but don't know how to start?

•    You think preparing healthy meals is time consuming and expensive?

Then it is time to create health in the kitchen!

Participants will learn:

•    How to read food labels.

•    How to shop wisely and on a budget.

•    How to develop a smart kitchen pantry.

•    How to plan meals to save time and money.
